Be a strategic partner to Regional General Managers guiding people matters for growth.
Meet with field management to identify regional HR needs and trends.
Collaborate with other HRBPs to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve HR compliance and solutions.
Build relationships with field leadership to understand team dynamics and opportunities.
Oversee day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years HR experience in a multi-state organization.
BA/BS in HR or related field, or equivalent.
HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Experience in retail or service-based environments preferred.
Well-versed in employee relations and handling difficult employment matters.
Excellent judgment, integrity, discretion; strong communication.
