  • Meet with field management to identify regional HR needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with other HRBPs to drive continuous improvement.

  • Build relationships with field leadership to understand team dynamics and opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years HR experience in a multi-state organization.
  • BA/BS in HR or related field, or equivalent.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Experience in retail or service-based environments preferred.
  • Well-versed in employee relations and handling difficult employment matters.
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, discretion; strong communication.
