πŸ“‹ Description

  • Serve as primary contact for day-to-day HR inquiries across NORAM.
  • Provide updates on HR policies, processes, systems, and lifecycle events.
  • Support employee experience initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Escalate sensitive matters to HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, or leadership as needed.
  • Coordinate quarterly NORAM coffee breaks, regional holidays, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support smooth employee lifecycle management and HR operations across the region.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years in HR Operations, People Ops, HR Generalist, or HR Coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Familiarity with Canadian employment standards and provincial labor regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred); Excel and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills in English; discretion with sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
