- Serve as primary contact for day-to-day HR inquiries across NORAM.
- Provide updates on HR policies, processes, systems, and lifecycle events.
- Support employee experience initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Escalate sensitive matters to HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, or leadership as needed.
- Coordinate quarterly NORAM coffee breaks, regional holidays, and employee engagement activities.
- Support smooth employee lifecycle management and HR operations across the region.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years in HR Operations, People Ops, HR Generalist, or HR Coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
- Familiarity with Canadian employment standards and provincial labor regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred); Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills in English; discretion with sensitive information.
- Comfortable working remotely in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
