Regional HR People Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Establish and lead regional HR Operations across the Americas.
• Oversee day-to-day HR services and lifecycle transactions (onboarding, changes, exits).
• Coach and develop HR Operations Specialists for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain governance for data integrity, processes, and documentation standards.
• Standardize processes, templates, and service delivery across regions.
• Partner with Global HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Legal and ERMO to shape HR Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Broad HR Operations or Shared Services experience across multiple countries.
• Proven success leading teams and embedding new ways of working.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and governance.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with emphasis on simplification.
• Experience with global HRIS platforms — SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled HR solutions.
