📋 Description

• Primary HR lead for UK, Germany, and Europe (~100 employees)
• Own regional employee experience, culture, and engagement
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance across functions
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, practices, and culture
• Connect regional teams with global HR
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and risk monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years HR experience with strong generalist/lead background
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations independently
• Comfortable supporting multiple business functions simultaneously
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of UK employment practices and regulations; ideally German
• Practical, solutions-oriented approach to HR
