🎯 Requirements

- Frac Engineer experience preferred
- Oil & Gas field experience required
- Working knowledge of trucking logistics, brokerage operations, and fleet management
- Wellsite construction sequencing
- Systems mindset; build workflows and AI tools; travel up to 25%
