🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) – required
- Prior experience as a Frac Engineer strongly preferred
- Oil & Gas field experience required
- Working knowledge of trucking logistics
- Working knowledge of brokerage operations
- Systems-oriented mindset with ability to build workflows
