🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial)
- Prior Frac Engineer experience; Oil & Gas field exp required
- Knowledge: trucking logistics, brokerage operations, fleet management, wellsite sequencing
- Systems-oriented mindset; ability to build workflows
- Comfort with AI tools and automation platforms
- Operate independently in high-ambiguity environments
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Preferred: frac fleet supervision/operations management
