🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial)
- Frac Engineer experience preferred
- Oil & Gas field experience required
- Working knowledge of trucking logistics, brokerage operations, and fleet management
- Systems-oriented mindset; able to build workflows; comfortable with AI tools
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within region
