- Maintain visibility and accountability for fleet status, readiness and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related)
- Prior experience as a Frac Engineer strongly preferred
- Oil & Gas field experience required
- Working knowledge of trucking logistics
- Fleet management
- Systems-oriented mindset with ability to build workflows
