- Act as finance lead for Europe, pairing with the Regional GM and leadership.

- Represent Finance in regional leadership discussions and annual planning cycles with HQ.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the European region.
- Own P&L performance, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, controllership, and business partnering.
- Experience in consumer goods preferred (Grocery, Health & Wellness, or Beauty).
- Regional or multi-country experience in Europe preferred.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning (FP&A software), SAP (ERP), and Tableau (BI) is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen with strategic, regional leadership.
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
