• Be the expert on Cresco brands and cannabis category
• Support GTM for new products/strains to drive demand
• Lead IL Brand Field team to grow key retailers
• Educate Wellness Advisors and Budtenders on brands
• Develop merchandising, displays, and visibility strategies
• Coordinate events and training; ensure quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work exp
• 5-7 years in related sales/marketing
• Local travel 50%; nights/weekends
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and KPI-driven mindset
• MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
