📋 Description

• Oversee maintenance across multiple properties for performance and safety.
• Lead on-site teams; develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Balance operations oversight with project management and team development.
• Report to the VP, Facilities.
• Travel at least 60% annually.
• Improve building performance and resident satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Property Mgmt, or related.
• Minimum 5 years in property mgmt, hospitality, or construction with maintenance ops.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Entrata.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications.
• Experience with vertical and horizontal buildings; boiler and chiller systems; 60% travel.
