  • Lead a field sales team to drive distributor and territory growth.
  • Own distributor P&Ls and key account relationships; implement incentives.
  • Oversee national and regional key accounts, POS allocation, item setups.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years beverage distributor management and sales experience.
  • DSD experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Google Workspace and Sheets/Docs/Slides familiarity.
  • VIP experience with IRI, Nielsen, and/or Power BI.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with owner mindset for growth.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (multistate / quarterly blitzes).
