Regional Director - U.S. East Data Center Operations

📋 Description

• Ensure data center uptime and SLA adherence across the region
• Oversee incident response performance, escalation effectiveness, and post-incident corrective actions
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance execution
• Ensure safety performance and compliance readiness
• Frequent travel across the Eastern corridor
• Manage regional budget performance, vendor performance, and cost optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business, or related field
• 10+ years in critical facility ops, with 5+ years in senior/multi-site leadership
• Experience scaling data center operations in cloud, hyperscale, GPU, or HPC
• Lead geographically dispersed, 24/7 ops teams including frontline managers
• Translate business/technical needs into regional execution plans
• Experience managing large-scale capital and operational budgets
