  • Lead a team of Account Executives to exceed quarterly quotas
  • Serve as player/coach in a complex, solution-based sales process across Enterprise accounts
  • Develop and grow existing opportunities by coaching AEs to build account strategies
  • Drive Smartsheet senior executive engagement in target accounts
  • Manage across all disciplines of sales management, including planning and methodology execution
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success and Marketing to close software and professional services in EDU accounts

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with government officials, educators, and IT professionals
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams to exceed quotas and drive Enterprise growth
  • Experience driving land-and-expand strategies to predictably grow Enterprise accounts
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management of enterprise software
  • 7+ years in software industry with SaaS experience (business applications focus)
  • Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, Google Apps, Tableau skills
