- Healthcare experience a plus.
- MS Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing.
- US work authorization and native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Proven track record growing B2B/outreach accounts.
- Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a BD team.
- Experience measuring and being accountable to sales KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
- Ability to energize and build rapport at all levels.
- Willing to travel locally (~1 hour) for meetings.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, regular local driving.
- Strong project management; can manage details in fast-paced env.
- Expert in advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work.
