  • 6-10+ years in business development; 2-3+ years in sales leadership.
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
  • MS Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing.
  • US work authorization and native or bilingual English proficiency.
  • Proven track record growing B2B/outreach accounts.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a BD team.
  • Experience measuring and being accountable to sales KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
  • Ability to energize and build rapport at all levels.
  • Willing to travel locally (~1 hour) for meetings.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, regular local driving.
  • Strong project management; can manage details in fast-paced env.
  • Expert in advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work.
