๐ฏ Requirements
- Must be based in South Jersey, NJ
- 6-10+ years of business development, including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in development/maintenance/growth of customer accounts in a B2B/outreach setting
- Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a business development team
