🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in senior hotel/asset management leadership with P&L accountability.
- General Manager experience in full-service or select-service hotels with P&L responsibility.
- Deep Rooms Division experience with Front Office/Housekeeping and GX improvements.
- Proficiency in ADR, RevPAR, occupancy mix, channel strategy, and demand forecasting.
- Experience managing multi-market P&Ls and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong ability to build partnerships with ownership/institutional partners and present budgets and performance narratives.
