- Strong technical foundation in modern software workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity
- Proven ability to partner with Sales while maintaining technical integrity and customer trust
- Comfortable in customer-facing, high-pressure deals and guiding teams through complexity
- Strong communication and executive presence; engage developers, architects, and CTOs
- Builder mindset; thrives in fast-moving startups and creating structure where little exists
