🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise sales; 3+ years leading AE teams; experience in developer tools, SaaS, or AI
- Based in NY area with a network across the Northeast enterprise tech market
- Proven track record building teams from the ground up and developing AEs into top performers
- Hands-on leader who coaches on live opportunities, not just pipeline reviews
- Strong operational discipline: forecast, pipeline inspection, and repeatable processes
- Technically fluent to converse with senior engineers and CTOs about Cursor's role in software
