  • Proven ability to build teams from scratch and develop AEs.
  • Hands-on leader who coaches live opportunities.
  • Strong ops discipline: forecasting, pipeline inspection, repeatable processes.
  • Tech fluency to discuss Cursor with senior engineers/CTOs.
