  • Lead a team to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Serve as player/coach in complex, solution-based Enterprise sales across multiple groups
  • Coach AEs to build and execute account strategies
  • Drive senior executive engagement in target accounts
  • Manage account, opportunity, and relationship planning
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Consulting, CS and Marketing to close solutions

  • Cross-industry sales experience serving diverse use cases across multiple lines of business
  • Proven ability to lead Enterprise sales teams to exceed quotas with a Smartsheet footprint
  • Experience leading strategic land-and-expand sales in Enterprise accounts
  • 5+ years in sales management of enterprise software / SaaS
  • 7+ years in software industry with SaaS experience in business apps within Enterprise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
