  • Lead a team of Account Executives to exceed quotas
  • Act as player/coach in a complex, multi-group Enterprise sales process
  • Develop and grow existing opportunities by coaching AEs on account strategies
  • Drive Smartsheet senior executive engagement in target accounts
  • Manage Account/Opportunity/Relationship planning and sales methodology execution
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Consulting, CS, Marketing to close edu accounts

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with government officials, educators, and IT professionals
  • Track record leading enterprise sales teams to exceed quotas
  • Lead land-and-expand strategies in Enterprise accounts
  • 5+ years in sales management of enterprise software (SaaS)
  • 7+ years software industry experience with current SaaS experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
