  • Drive and manage revenue for regional sales team across Nordics & NL.
  • Develop strategies to grow client base and expand existing accounts.

  • Experience leading regional commercial sales team across Nordics & NL.
  • Data-informed sales management with pipeline discipline and accurate forecasts (CRM: Salesforce or similar).
  • Experience selling complex, high-value software and expanding commercial accounts.
  • Understand regional dynamics and go-to-market planning.
  • Track record delivering outcomes via territory planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology; strong English and Nordic language skills.
  • Recruiting and developing sales talent; DevOps/open source exposure; Marketo/Outreach familiarity; travel-ready.
