- Experience leading regional commercial sales team across Nordics & NL.
- Data-informed sales management with pipeline discipline and accurate forecasts (CRM: Salesforce or similar).
- Experience selling complex, high-value software and expanding commercial accounts.
- Understand regional dynamics and go-to-market planning.
- Track record delivering outcomes via territory planning and execution.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology; strong English and Nordic language skills.
- Recruiting and developing sales talent; DevOps/open source exposure; Marketo/Outreach familiarity; travel-ready.
