- 5+ years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in development, maintenance, and growth of customer accounts in a B2B/outreach setting
