📋 Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Oncology Specialists to meet sales goals.
  • Develop and execute regional plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in breast oncology.
  • Build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems.
  • Spend time in the field coaching and providing market insight.
  • Manage regional budgets and resources to support objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing; Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years clinical sales with 5+ years in sales management, ideally oncology diagnostics.
  • Deep expertise in breast oncology with established health system and academic relationships.
  • Experience in MRD, IHC, and genomic testing in breast oncology.
  • Experience leading teams across large multi-state territories delivering growth.
  • Willing to travel 50–75% within East/West region.
