🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing; Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years clinical sales with 5+ years in sales management, ideally oncology diagnostics.
- Deep expertise in breast oncology with established health system and academic relationships.
- Experience in MRD, IHC, and genomic testing in breast oncology.
- Experience leading teams across large multi-state territories delivering growth.
- Willing to travel 50–75% within East/West region.
