  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.

  • Address escalated issues and clearly communicate root cause and resolution.
  • Familiar with oncology tests performed by Natera, required forms and waivers.

  • Two-year degree or 2โ€“5 years related experience; undergrad preferred.
  • Skilled, resourceful, and efficient at completing tasks.
  • HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training within first 30 days.
  • Customer service principles; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with phone and written support; admin procedures.
  • GSuite (Google Workspace) intermediate; strong typing and spelling.
