  • 7+ years in loyalty CRM or customer engagement with senior track record
  • B2C experience in tech/e-commerce with 3+ years managing teams
  • Strong leadership to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
  • P ov en design, launch, and optimization of multi-channel subscription programs
  • Excellent communication/presentation to diverse audiences including execs
  • Experience with Iterable/Braze/CleverTap/Leanplum is preferred
