๐ฏ Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in loyalty program management, CRM strategy, or customer engagement, with a senior track.
- Preferably working in B2C tech/e-commerce with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a global organization.
- Proven experience designing, launching, and optimizing complex multi-channel subscription programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate strategies to senior leadership.
- Experience with Iterable/Braze/CleverTap/Leanplum is preferred.
