🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years pharma experience with 5+ years in sales/leadership or market access.
  • 2+ years pharma or related experience in corrections/criminal justice and hospitals.
  • Proven sales or market access performance in specialty pharma markets.
  • Experience with complex contracting and customer protocol navigation.
  • Willing to travel regionally and nationally up to 70-80%.
