  • 10+ years pharmaceutical experience with at least 5+ years in sales/leadership/FRM or FRS in biotech/pharma/devices.
  • 2+ years in Corrections/Criminal Justice, integrated health systems, or hospitals.
  • Proven sales or field market access performance with documented outcomes.
  • Experience with complex contracting, payer navigation, and reimbursement.
  • Willing to travel regionally and nationally up to 70-80%; valid driver's license.
