🎯 Requirements
- Active real estate broker license in good standing with State Associations and NAR.
- Minimum 5 years real estate experience, incl. 2+ years supervisory/management.
- Demonstrated leadership in a real estate brokerage environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and comfort learning new technologies.
- Willingness to travel within the state; Ownership mindset and initiative.
