🎯 Requirements

4+ years in real estate, sales, or brokerage ops.
Proven ability to recruit, influence, and lead agents.
Strong interpersonal, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with multitasking in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing 50+ agents.
Excellent communication skills.
