Supervise and support licensed agents through contract review and licensing compliance.
Manage risk by ensuring compliance with state licensing laws, MLS rules.
Provide timely support to agents, including guidance on complex transactions.
Deliver training on contracts, real estate laws, risk management, and best practices.
Maintain accurate, timely transaction reviews using company systems.
Stay current on state forms, legal updates, contracts, and regulatory changes.

🎯 Requirements

Active real estate broker license in good standing with State Associations and NAR.
Minimum of 5 years as a broker in a supervisory role, managing 25–50 agents.
Strong legal and compliance background.
Strong integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite and comfort learning new technologies.
