- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
🎯 Requirements
- College Degree required.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Healthcare, Intake, or Contact Center may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- 1 year of work experience (including internships) required.
- Proven success in healthcare/remote or contact center settings preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
