📋 Description

  • Receive, document, and process referrals.
  • Ensure referrals are thorough, accurate and complete.
  • Follow up with branches for timely responses to referral sources.
  • Facilitate communication between care teams (Case Managers, Client Services, Clinical Nurse Managers, Field Nurses).
  • Communicate payer information to Insurance Verification team.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

🎯 Requirements

  • College Degree required.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Healthcare, Intake, or Contact Center may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 1 year of work experience (including internships) required.
  • Proven success in healthcare/remote or contact center settings preferred.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
