Receive, document, and process incoming referrals
Ensure referrals are thorough, accurate, and complete
Follow up with local branches to ensure timely responses to referral sources
Serve as facilitator between Case Managers, Client Services Managers and Field Nurses
Communicate payer information to Insurance Verification team
Provide excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

College Degree required
1 year of work experience (to include internships), required.
Proven success in healthcare, contact center, or remote work, required
Ability to work in multiple systems in a fast-paced contact center environment
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and speed/accuracy
