- Receive, document, and process incoming referrals
- Ensure referrals are thorough, accurate, complete
- Follow up with branches for timely responses to referral sources
- Facilitate communication between Case Managers, Client Services Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, and Field Nurses
- Communicate payer information to internal Insurance Verification team
- Flexible scheduling: five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, plus one weekend day
๐ฏ Requirements
- College Degree required
- 2-3 years' healthcare/intake or contact center experience may substitute degree
- 1 year of work experience (to include internships) required
- Ability to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced contact center
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and speed/accuracy
