๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Receive, document, and process incoming referrals
  • Ensure referrals are thorough, accurate, complete
  • Follow up with branches for timely responses to referral sources
  • Facilitate communication between Case Managers, Client Services Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, and Field Nurses
  • Communicate payer information to internal Insurance Verification team
  • Flexible scheduling: five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, plus one weekend day

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • College Degree required
  • 2-3 years' healthcare/intake or contact center experience may substitute degree
  • 1 year of work experience (to include internships) required
  • Ability to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced contact center
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and speed/accuracy
