  • Receive, document, and process incoming referrals
  • Ensure referrals are thorough, accurate and complete
  • Follow up with local branches to ensure timely responses
  • Facilitate communication among Case Managers, Client Services, CNMs, and Field Nurses
  • Communicate payer information to internal Insurance Verification team
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

  • College degree required.
  • 2-3 years in healthcare, intake, or contact center; degree may be substituted.
  • 1 year work experience (incl. internships) required.
  • Proven success in healthcare, contact center, or remote work.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems in a fast-paced contact center.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
