- 2-3 years in healthcare, intake, or contact center (may substitute)
- 1 year of work experience (incl internships) required
- Experience in healthcare, contact center, or remote work required
- Able to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
