- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Intake, and Operations to align outreach.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development.
- Working knowledge of behavioral healthcare models, referral processes, and provider workflows.
- Availability and flexibility to work outside standard 9β5 hours, including travel.
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with clinicians or healthcare organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing outreach pipelines.
- Valid state license and access to a vehicle.
