- Increase referrals for Forge Health facilities within assigned territory.

๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development.
- Working knowledge of behavioral health referral processes and provider workflows.
- Availability to work outside 9-5 hours and travel as needed.
- Experience building relationships with clinicians, practices, or healthcare organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing outreach pipelines.
- Organized, self-directed and comfortable working in field/remote environments with onsite engagement.
