Reference Data Operations, Analyst

📋 Description

• Create securities in the security master and maintain lifecycle records.
• Set up assets across credit instruments (bank loans, bonds, ABS).
• Manage daily pricing; validate prices; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain security master data across OMS, accounting, risk systems.
• Use SQL to query and reconcile large datasets in Redshift/Snowflake.
• Support automation and AI initiatives to improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years in security master setup or pricing ops.
• Experience with bank loans, debt, and ABS.
• Experience in an alternative investment firm, insurance firm, or fund administrator preferred.
• SQL experience; Redshift and/or Snowflake preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; detail-oriented.
