The role collaborates with product, content, and partnerships teams to improve user experience and community health.

Role overview

Develop and execute community engagement strategies for Dutch-speaking audiences; monitor discussions; respond to questions; coordinate with cross-functional teams; plan online events and programs; analyze metrics and report insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Dutch-language community programs.
• Moderate discussions to maintain Reddit’s community standards.
• Engage with users, creators, and partners to foster active participation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to improve user experience.
• Plan and host events, AMAs, and initiatives to grow the Dutch community.
• Track engagement metrics and report results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Experience in community management, social media, or related fields.
• Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Reddit community guidelines and analytics tools.
