Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with moderators and community leaders to align on programs.
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback; distill insights for product and marketing teams.
- Plan and run community events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Support contractor coordination and program administration as needed.
- Report on key metrics and impact of community initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1-5+ years in community management or related field (remote-friendly).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience with social platforms, community tools, and analytics.
- Strong self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in internet culture and online communities.
