Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Measurement to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and measurement systems for advertising effectiveness. This senior individual contributor will collaborate with Ads Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Platform teams to build end-to-end measurement pipelines, experiments, and data-driven strategies that improve ad targeting, attribution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for ad measurement and experimentation.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and instrumentation for measurement data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and success criteria.
  • Mentor engineers and promote ML best practices.
  • Improve inference latency, reliability, and governance of ML systems.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in machine learning, experimentation, and data processing at scale.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data tooling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence product decisions.
  • Experience with attribution, experiments (A/B testing), and relevant metrics.
