Staff Corporate Accountant

Overview

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Corporate Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting & P2P Operations team. This full-time role will help manage the general ledger, support month-end close, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to accurate financial reporting for Reddit's corporate entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities and month-end close processes for corporate entities
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany transactions
• Support financial reporting, audits, and internal controls (SOX)
• Maintain fixed asset records and cost center accounting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable, FP&A, and Tax
• Help implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; strong attention to detail and communication
