Senior T&E Analyst at Reddit

Remote-friendly role within Reddit\u2019s Finance organization. The Senior Travel & Expenses (T&E) Analyst will own end-to-end travel and expense processes, ensure policy compliance, and partner with global finance teams to manage spend effectively. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and audit employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain and update T&E policies, ensuring alignment with GAAP and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to optimize expense processes and reimbursement timelines.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly expense accruals and reporting for leadership.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Train and support employees on expense reporting tools and policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Travel & Expenses, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Chrome River, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
