Job Description

Senior Software Engineer - Ads Conversion Signals (Signals Quality) at Reddit. This is a remote, full-time role within Reddit's Ads Engineering organization. You will design, implement, and operate backend systems that measure and improve the quality of ad conversion signals used by Reddit Ads.

What you'll do

Develop scalable backend services and data pipelines to process conversion signals with a focus on signals quality.
Instrument systems with metrics, tracing, and monitoring to ensure reliability and low latency.
Collaborate with Ads product teams, data science, and infrastructure to improve signal accuracy and measurement.
Review code, mentor teammates, and participate in design discussions.
Own components end-to-end from design through production and monitoring.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering background with experience in backend systems and distributed data processing.
Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or C++ (one or more).
Experience building low-latency, scalable services and APIs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
