Senior Manager, Large Customer Sales (Telco) at Reddit. Reddit is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to drive revenue growth with our largest telco clients. In this role, you will own strategic relationships with major telecom accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery through renewal.
Responsibilities
- Develop account plans and forecast revenue for key telco accounts.
- Manage a pipeline of multi-million dollar deals and close large contracts.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior sales professionals.
- Negotiate complex agreements and ensure renewal/expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise sales or telecom partnerships.
- Proven quota attainment and deal-making ability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
