Reddit is seeking a Senior Manager for Large Customer Sales focused on Telco customers. This role sits within our Sales organization and is responsible for leading strategic sales engagements with large telecommunications clients, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships.
About the Role
You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for Telco accounts, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and present compelling solutions, negotiate terms, and close multi-year deals. You will mentor and manage a team of sales professionals, set account strategies, and ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of large Telco accounts, driving revenue growth and retention
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to tailor offerings to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with senior stakeholders
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team; monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Maintain a strong pipeline, generate opportunities, and achieve quota targets
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or client partnership management experience in Telco or related sectors
- Proven track record closing multi-year, high-value deals with large customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
